“When I applied for a job here in 2005, I realised at once that things were tightly organised. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the welding department, the sawmill and the assembly shops. There is somebody for every task, and the tools and work clothes are great. As early as in my first year I achieved level 3.
At Stork you can undergo any training you want, and I’m free to just get on with my work. There’s nobody looking over your shoulder. You have to follow the drawing closely but, if there’s something you don’t understand, everybody is willing to help.
There is a good atmosphere in the shifts. And everything you put together fits exactly. You can see that a great deal of thought has gone into it. You are constantly working with new products and new techniques. If you’re a little curious and are good at your job, you’ll enjoy working at Stork. It’ll take a long time for me to get tired of this.”
