Appointment new Managing Director

Press release June 13, 2007: As part of the further growth of Stork Food Systems we intend to appoint Mr A. de Weerd as Managing Director of Stork PMT B.V. as per 1 July next. The Board of Directors of Stork fully supports this appointment and the PMT/Titan works council has given a favourable advice concerning this appointment.

Within the foreseeable future you will be informed about the way in which Mr A. de Weerd will be succeeded as General Sales Manager of Stork PMT B.V.
