For some years now Stork has had a professional 24 hour help desk, which can often offer immediate solutions to problems with control systems in particular.

Specific solutions

Using the most modern communications technology the help desk employees are able to look directly into a customer´s systems and with the help of special diagnostic tools search for specific solutions.

Emergencies

Alongside the help desk Stork has set up its so-called direct access service. Outside office hours a call centre will connect you with one of the Stork service engineers. In an emergency any necessary spare parts can be sent or an engineer despatched to help.
