Leg processing
Stork offers several leg processing modules.
- Drumstick cutting module R: cuts the anatomic leg or leg quarter in two, can be set for anatomic cutting, non-anatomic cutting or cutting through the knee joint
- Drumstick cutting module R-F: same as R-type module but with a wider range of adjustment to suit specific drumstick cuts, permitting cuts through the thigh bone or through the knee joint
- Anatomic leg-cutting module JL: separates the rear half into two anatomic legs and a spine, legs are discharged from the module
- Anatomic leg-cutting module JLR: based on the successful anatomic leg cut, Stork has now launched a renewed version with which the optimal leg yield is obtained next to a presentation optimally suited for Japanese style of products.
