Giblet handling

The Nuova evisceration system can consist of the following giblet harvesting systems:

• PGI: Automatic gall bladder and intestine remover
• PLH: Automatic liver harvester
• PHH: Automatic heart and lung remover
• HLS: Automatic heart and lung separator

Automated operation

Thanks to the specially developed viscera pack carrier all operations on the pack can be carried automatically. The result is not just labour savings and a higher heart and liver yield, but also an improvement in the microbiological quality of the giblets.

Manual harvesting

The Nuova evisceration system offers a number of appealing advantages for those markets that harvest giblets manually. The giblet pack hanging from the pack carrier and with intestines and gallbladder already removed is highly accessible for the harvesting of the various organs.
