Stork´s air-agitated scalder combines powerful water agitation with a constant temperature which guarantees an optimum plucking result.

Consistent turbulence

The required water turbulence is effected by means of a perfectly controlled injection of air into the scalding water through nozzles. This results in a consistent, powerful turbulence which gives a better scalding effect.
