Removes Lungs and Other Unwanted Organs in the Intestinal Cavity Through Vacuum
The FIM-16 RS final inspection machine uses vacuum to remove any debris remaining after previous process steps. After the product has been correctly positioned, a suction nozzle moves downward towards any lungs remaining in the carcass and starts the sunction function. After two up and down movements to break the lung membranes, sucking stops; and the suction nozzle is removed from the bird.
