Removes the Excess and/or Contaminated Fat from Gizzards

Rotating rubber fingers and high pressure washing action thoroughly cleans and removes excess fat from gizzards. The compact size of this machine allows easy placement into new or existing gizzard operations. After the fat is removed, the gizzard can be pumped or fed into an elevator to be delivered at an inspection station.
