Removes the esophagus, crop and trachea, with minimum neck, neck skin or breast damage

First, the birds are positioned, and the probe enters into the product to a point below the neck, in order to remove the crop, esophagus, trachea and part of the thymus gland. During each cycle, the probe will be cleaned at its lowest point by a brush.
