Frying

GoldFryer cooks products either wholly or partially using oil. Thanks to this kind of heat treatment shelf life is longer, products are crispy and have a particularly tasty flavour. A fryer also contributes to a golden brown finish. 

Oil management

One important cost centre is the life of the oil. For this reason not just temperature management, heat transfer and oil flow have received a lot of attention but also the transport of waste, cleaning, replenishment and oxidisation. In addition GoldFryer can, if required, be equipped with a sophisticated oil filtration and storage system.

Consistent quality

GoldFryer allows a wide range of products to be fried continuously and to a consistent quality standard. Capacity depends on the belt width and length chosen. Belt conveyors are available in three different widths - 400, 630 and 1000 mm -and in different lengths.
