Easy to Maintain, Access, and Adjust

For an optimal result, the height and mounting angle of all picker banks can be adjusted individually. Thanks to a precision adjustment, the picking depth can be adapted to the best effect, so that the picking can be done as aggressively as possible without damaging the epidermis.

Accessibility
Since picker boxes can can be rolled out completely in the frame on one side, the pickers are easily accessible for cleaning and maintenance. The ingenious design provides excellent access, without any obstacles.

Maintenance-Friendly
The use of double rubber sealed and adapted bearings for the picker disks eliminates the need for lubrication. Twin V-belts with a particularly long life have been selected for the picker disk drive. The drive mechanism is equipped with a calibrated tensioner which gives an even tension on the V-belts. The picker finger holders can be exchanged easily and quickly, without having to remove the bearing housing.
