Effectively Cuts Hocks at the Joint 

The H-III automatically positions and severs the hock joint, by nicking, disjoints and cutting, on both broilers and hens with high accuracy. This greatly reduces the number of short hocks encountered.

The H-III is available in electric or hydraulic versions.
