AQS-NT AQS-NT: The eyes of the PDS-NT control system
The automatic quality assessment system AQS-NT is able to process either a whole chicken or its individual parts. The system's strength lies in its integration with the PDS-NT product distribution system, where AQS-NT acts as the eyes of the control system.
Killing Line
AQA-NT can currently be used for two different purposes. In the killing line, AQS-NT determines and records the quality of whole birds and of a flock with an all around 360 degree assessment. It can also help the veterinary inpsector.
Distribution and Cut-up Line
In the distribution or cut-up line, AQS-NT assesses whole birds for packing or for portioning. AQS-NT divides the broiler into eight anatomical parts. Any deviation of individual portions from standard is recognized, recorded by bird, and then passed by a quick network connection to the PDS-NT control system.
